Or do you know someone who suffers from occasional aches or chronic back pain, or simply needs to release their back – from the computer’s glow, gardening, slackin’, running, or biking? You know, tight hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, pain in the neck, can’t touch your toes? If you’re as flexible as a telephone pole, you’re in good company, because you represent the majority of the population. Never fear! Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Ann Mundy designed this series for guys of all ages and fitness levels to meet you where you are. Nobody is too stiff for this class.

You will learn: ~ exercises for flexibility, posture, pain relief ~ how to stretch correctly based on biomedical research ~ poses are broken down into easy sequential steps with concise instruction ~ breathing techniques to calm and center you ~ to accept your body in a fun environment.
